The shadows are lengthening, the wind pulls through the trees, and the night sky hums with stars. In this season of Caol Áit—a Celtic term for times when the veil between realms grows thin—we gather to honor and commune with our ancestors. Caroline will guide us through ceremony, mythology, genealogy, and ritual practices that awaken the wisdom carried in our bones and open the liminal doorways to remembrance, healing, and transformation. Together we will listen for the voices of our lineage, ancestors of the land, and ancestors yet to come, discovering the great well of protection, insight, and love available when we connect across the worlds.

Led by Caroline Seckinger, a highly evolved teacher and spiritual conduit whose gifts extend far beyond the veil, bringing decades of wisdom in meditation, akashic records, and ancestral healing.

✨ 1:30 - 3:30 PM: The Power of Plant Alchemy: Activate Your Body's Healing, Vitality and Inner Radiance with Aurora**

Journey into the plant realm and discover their powerful offerings as both mystical allies and practical healers. In this session, Aurora will guide you to listen for plant spirit messages, explore simple herbal applications for vitality, and learn how plants help unhook ancestral patterns, while honoring lineage gifts. You'll leave with both embodied practices and everyday tools - rooted in clarity, renewal, and deeper connection to the living green world.

Led by Aurora Wellise, a luminous plant-spirit alchemist and guide, blending herbal wisdom, astrology, and seasonal magic into transformative teachings and remedies. Through her work with Lawless Botanics, she opens pathways to align body, spirit, and cosmos

3:30 - 3:45: Integration Break

✨ 4 pm - 5pm- Elemental Embodiment: Journey through the Zodiac **

This immersive workshop guides you through an embodied exploration of the 12 zodiac signs, through the lens of their ruling element - Fire, Earth, Air and Water. Through meditation, movement and visualization, you will discover the elemental energies and how you resonate with each while gaining practical understanding of all the astrological archetypes. This is a workshop that leads into Sunday' morning's session where you'll experience a deeper dive into your Sun, Moon and Rising "ecosystem". 

Led by Britta Shiels, a masterfully soulful integrative coach who bridges astrology, embodiment, and healing ritual to help women—especially mothers and caregivers—reclaim compassion, wisdom, and soulful presence. With deep curiosity and gentleness, she guides us in translating cosmic patterns into grounded, transformative tools for body and spirit.

A gentle, uplifting closing of the day to rest your eyes, melt into soothing sounds and mantras to rest your mind, body and spirit.

Astrological "Ecosystem"

Building on Saturday's elemental embodiment journey, this workshop will deepen your connection to your personal astrological blueprint and soul codes of your Sun, Moon and Rising signs. Through the lens of the four elements, we'll journey through your Sun (essence), Moon (emotional nature) and Rising (authentic expression) to explore the patterns and understanding of the differences that show up between your true cosmic blueprint and learned survival patterns. This is a journey home to your stellar DNA - a multi-dimensional map to who you've always been beneath the layers of adaption.

Elevate your inner and outer glow with sacred beauty practices and energetic boundary rituals. Experience gua sha, dry brushing, and lymphatic activation to restore balance and radiance. This workshop is an immersion into the sacred art of radiance—where beauty rituals become ceremonies of self-honoring and energetic alignment. Dolores will guide you through practices to center your energy and strengthen your boundaries, blending practical techniques with soulful ritual. Learn gua sha stone therapy for lymphatic drainage, dry brushing for circulation and vitality, and other sacred methods that nourish both skin and spirit. Radiance that feels easy, like Sunday morning (in the afternoon).

Led by Dolores De Alba - Skin whisperer, visionary beauty and radiance alchemist, Dolores De Alba is the founder of Blush A Day Spa and an internationally trained esthetician and educator with over two decades of experience spanning Florence, Italy to Hollywood and New York.

In our final workshop, Aurora and Caroline will bind the threads of wisdom as they weave the precious threads gathered during the retreat workshops into tangible bundles of knowledge and ritual to carry with your into your homes, families, visioning, self-care and dreamtime.
